We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was stunning with beautiful views of the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a gorgeous garden with a pond. The staff was superb - they were accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast menu was great with home-made jams and fresh baked bread and the restaurant was simply amazing, with one star worthy food and excellent wine selection.
Nothing.

The food was good and the outdoor scenery was nice with a river and bridges. Location of the hotel was also convenient with a monastery nearby. the rooms were big with new bathrooms.
The service was weird, with one colleague having to find the master key himself in the dark after being locked out of his room. the historical building was stylish, but not super modern.

What a hidden treasure! We stumbled upon this place and cannot stop raving about it. The location is exquisite with a river and beautiful monastery nearby. The food was outstanding and the wine selection was top-notch. The breakfast had the perfect selection of homemade jams and freshly baked bread. The rooms were large and modern, with updated bathrooms that made our stay extremely comfortable.
Our only negative experience was with the night service. One of our colleagues was locked out of their room and the night service was unhelpful and demanded they find the master key by themselves, in the dark.

The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful, with a river and a monastery nearby. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are new. the rest of the experience doesn't live up to these positives.
The service is weird. Guests have been left in pitch blackness to find their own master key to unlock their rooms and staff seem to lack basic customer service skills.

A breath of fresh air - stylish historical building, spacious rooms, modern shower and toilet, beautiful garden with pond, amazing restaurant.
Can't fault anything about it.
